Add eggs in as it gets used up, not all at once.
Bisquick Pancakes
Bisquick baking mix 2
cups
Eggs 2
Milk
1 cup
Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth.
Pour ¼ cup onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
Makes 10 to 13 pancakes.
Berry Pancakes: add 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of berries
Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Rolled Oats
1 ½ cups
Flour
1 ½ cups
Baking Powder
5 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Nutmeg
¼ tsp

Milk
1 cup
Sugar
1 ½ cups
Baking Soda
1 tsp
Cinnamon
½ tsp
Margarine, melted and cooled to lukewarm ½
cup
Mashed ripe bananas
2 cups (approx. 4-5 bananas)
Raisins 1

Coconut
1 cup
Mix together and bake at 375 for 20-22 min.

Brown sugar, packed

Raisins, cut up

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in first amount of butter until crumbly.
Make a well in center.
Pour milk into well.
Stir to form soft dough adding a bit more milk if needed. Turn out on
lightly floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 times.
Roll into rectangle about 1 cm thick and 30 cm long. Width will vary.
Cream second amount of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
together well. Drop 1 tsp into each of 12 greased muffin cups. Spread the remaining mixture over dough rectangle. Sprinkle
raisins over top. Roll like a jelly roll.
Mark first then cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down on muffin cups. Bake in 400 F oven for 20 to 25 min.
Glaze
To ½ cup icing sugar, add enough milk or water to make a
thin glaze. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls.

Special K or Rice Krispies
Fruit Cocktail
Coconut
Chocolate Chips
Plain Yogurt
Mix together in a bowl and serve. Seems weird but is really quite good.
